Submitting Artwork:
Product pricing is based upon submitting artwork in the electronic format to our standards. We accept artwork supplied on: CD or via email at art@gmcline.com. Please include the distributor’s name, PO and contact information on all email correspondence. Hard copy must also be provided via fax when the PO is submitted.

Preferred Formats:
We can work with most formats, however to prevent delays and avoid additional costs we prefer to receive artwork files in the following programs:

     •Adobe Illustrator CS2 or lower (.AI, .EPS)
     •Adobe PhotoShop CS2 or lower (High resolution .TIF or .JPG, 300dpi)

PDFs, Word processing programs, Power Point, artwork taken from websites and bitmap files can be used for viewing only and are not considered usable artwork. These formats frequently cause delays, reduce quality and incur additional charges.

Specialized fonts should be sent with art files: Mac users should supply Open Type Fonts (.otf); PC users should supply True Type Fonts (.ttf)

Proofs:
Email proofs are provided at $7.50 (V). Revisions or additional proofs will incur $7.50 (V) per proof.
